Dear Mr. McCormick I wanted to take a few moments to say what a great job RCI Infrared did in the thermal scanning of our home. As you will remember I was originally concerned about moisture and the roof leak I had in the front left corner of our 11 year old (builder name) built home. Your services identified the moist area but then as you scanned the rest of the house it was amazing to find out that I had in fact what would appear to be insulation bats missing in 8 areas of the cathedral ceiling entrance way where there is no attic and therefore no physical way to examine this. You also confirmed strengths in the homes insulation in other areas which was most reassuring. The report you provided was most clear and descriptive providing exactly what I need to take corrective action. I do appreciate your offer to come back when I have contractors here to precisely mark the locations so they may enter only the places at fault and exactly those locations. While I must admit I was very disturbed to find out this apparent shoddy construction, I truly appreciate the information you provided. This is something the home inspector did not locate and something a Government prescribed Energy Audit would not have identified.  I was further impressed in that you arrived when you said you would, were very cordial and respectful of our belongings, went right to work respecting our personal time, explained in laypersons language what you were doing and what you were seeing and sent me an itemized report within the week. I would be pleased to recommend your services to others without reservation and in fact have done so and hope that will send business to you. Thank you.
